Ah, yes. There are times when a cartoonist goes beyond simply nailing a message. Wiley's offering for today represents one of those times. He is two days early in "celebrating" the second anniversary of the U.S. invasion of Iraq, but what the heck. Maybe he's just getting warmed up for this. Back on topic ...
